Instant delivery

Miteca is a digital product. The license key is delivered as soon as Mercado Pago approves the payment. By buying, you expressly accept this instant delivery.

No refunds once delivered

Because the license is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the key has been delivered.

When we do refund

This policy does not limit your consumer rights. We refund the amount paid when:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• the payment was approved but you did not receive your key and we could not fix it;
• Miteca does not work on your computer because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix, under the legal warranty.

How to request it

Write to ayuda@miteca.lat with your Mercado Pago receipt and a description of the problem. We reply within 15 business days. If it applies, the refund is made to the same payment method and the license is revoked.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank, the license is revoked.
